When a chord in the tab has a capital letter 'R' underneath
it, it means to strum/pluck it slowly to generate a "gentle
rake." It creates a slow gradient from the chord's root note
and up (when raking downward).

periods '.' above the tablature will measure the beats per
measure, in this case 3/4. There are three periods above each
measure and will be scaled to when needed. Also in front of
every line of tabs is a measure number which marks the
current measure. The example below shows two measures,
starting at measure 68, with a scaled beats per measure to
compensate for the hammer-on and pull-off in the tab.

is a thing called "rasgueado," which is a guitar finger
strumming technique. It is recommended you first look at
visuals and tutorials of rasgueado so you know what to expect.

to strum on the guitar and the letters "p," "i," "m," and "a"
correspond to the right-hand's thumb, index, middle, and ring
fingers respectively. This would verbally translate to "thumb
